After Wagah explosion, Taliban threatens Modi

After claiming responsibility for recent Wagah suicide attack, Pakistani Taliban's breakaway group Jamat-ul-Ahrar has now issued a threat to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Targeting Modi,Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan Jamaat Ahrar (TTP-JA) spokesperson 'Ehsanullah Ehsan' said in a message on Twitter,"You are the killer of hundreds of Muslims. We will take the revenge of innocent people of Kashmir and Gujarat".

This has come three days after the attack at Wagah border on the Pakistani side claiming 61 lives. The terrorist group has claimed to carry out Sunday's suicide bombing.

The Prime Minister has been briefed at least twice in the last fortnight by top security officials on the growing threat from jihadist groups.
