New Delhi: The monsoon session of the parliament came to an end on Friday. This session remained full of different colours and atmosphere there always remained high. 

As on the last day of the session, the opposition MPs launched the protest against BLP-led NDA government over the alleged scam of Rafale Jet fighter deal with France. On Friday, the MPs demanded the answers by the government about the scam.

UPA chairperson and former president of Congress Sonia Gandhi led the protest over the issue infront of Mahatma Gandhi statue in Parliament complex. The MPs included Raj Babbar, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Anand Sharma, Ambika Soni, CPI's D Raja, AAP MP Sushil Gupta among others held protest.

The MPs were seen holding placards and raised slogans and asked the (JPC) to probe the case. On Thursday, the Congress MPs uproared in LokSabha and asked JPC to investigate the alleged irregularities in the Rafale scam and also asked the PM Modi to answer them on the scam.

On Friday, the government had tabled the Triple Talaq bill in Rajya Sabha. Congress former president Sonia Gandhi said “Our party’s position is absolutely clear on this, I will not say anything further on this.”
