New Delhi: Unprecedented scene unfolded in the on-going No-confidence motion discussion in Lok Sabha. Firstly,Congress president Rahul Gandhi slammed PM Modi and his government and  later, suddenly walked up to PM Modi and gave him a hug.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi gave a fiery speech and highlighted many issues related to demonetisation, GST, poor farmers well-being, women security etc.

Rahul Gandhi  said "we are all victims of BJP's jumla strike". He also commented on the foreign trips made by the PM.

Rahul Gandhi said Nirmala Sitaraman lied about Rafale fighter jet deal. He said, "Under PM's pressure Nirmala Sitharaman lied to the country. Who are you helping, tell us PM, Nirmala ji.

Rahul Gandhi's blistering  attack on PM Modi on the China's incusion in Dokhlam. He said "PM Modi could not look into my eyes right now."

Rahul Gandhi attacked on Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the on-going debate in parliament. He  said "He cannot look me in the eye." Targeting the Prime Minister on the Rafale deal, he said: "I can see he (PM Modi) is smiling but there is a touch of nervousness. And now he cannot look me in the eye".

His scathing speech was punctuated by deafening protests the BJP members and the speaker had to adjourn the house for several minutes.

Rahul Gandhi said that "PM may call me Pappu, I don't hate him" and goes up to PM Modi and gives him a hug in between the on-going debate in the parliament.
