Meerut: In Kashmir,  terrorism has become synonymous with stone pelters who have now started laying their nets in western Uttar Pradesh. Some youths from West UP went to Kashmir for seeking job. They got employment in a garment factory but soon they were kept hostage in the factory in Pulwama and they were asked to take training in stonepelting.

They were forced to do stonepelting on the army. One of the youths told the police that stonepelting is used to protect the terrorists from the army's encounter, in order to divert the attention of the army from the terrorists.

He said that in fact a group of youths from Baghpat and Saharanpur went for sewing jobs in Divine Industrial firm in Lastipura of Pulwama, Kashmir. But there, stonepelting training was given to the group and forced to work against their own contry.

The youth told that whenever the army personnel engaged in encounter,  the terrorists enter the village and take shelter in any house.

After that, they all used to start stonepelting, in order to divert the attention of the army. The youth who went to work said that the sewing job was fixed twenty thousand rupees per month. After a few days, they started cleaning and washing the car. At the same time they were pressured to stoneware otherwise the results would not be good.
