Mumbai: The much awaited movie, which remained as one of the major talk of the town, Manikarnika- starring Kangana Ranaut, Ankita lokhandey has released its first poster on Tuesday. 

According to the sources, celebrating the Independence day 2018, the poster recalls the warrior spirit of the monarch, who was one of the early freedom fighter, an important rebellion of 1857.

Kangana dressed as Rani Laxmi bai, is seen charging the battle against the British with her kid wrapped on her back and fierce expression on her face.

The movie also stars Atul Kulkarni, Sonu Sood, and Ankita Lokhande in pivotal roles. Ankita plays the character of Jhalakbari bai who was a close friend of Rani Laxmibai’s.
