Dadri lynching case: Delhi CM stopped from entering Bisada village

Delhi chief minister, Arvind Kejriwal along with members of the Aam Aadmi Party was stopped today from entering the Bisada village to meet Mohammad Ikhlaq's family.

AAP party officials reached the village following violence that took place there after Ikhlaq was lynched by a mob on Monday night ensuing rumours that he had consumed beef. They were not allowed to enter by the local administration citing law and order concerns.

"We are stopped by police and administration. Mahesh Sharma and Owaisi were not stopped yesterday. They why me? I am most peace loving. I just want to meet Ikhlaq's family", Kejriwal tweeted stating it was unfair to stop him.

Around ten people have been named as accused in the FIR of the lynching incident.
