Shahnawaz Hussain slams Azam Khan, Owaisi; says India best country for Muslims

BJP leader Syed Shahnawaz Hussain on Sunday targeted UP minister Azam Khan and AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi saying they are major threats to the Muslim community.

He also said that India is the best country for Muslims but leaders like Azam Khan and Owaisi always end up harming the community and one should be aware of them.

Shahnawaz was in the Taj city Agra, to attend a function, when he slammed the Akhilesh Yadav-led Uttar Pradesh government on the law and order situation of the state. The BJP leader also seemed confident about the party winning 2017 UP Assembly polls despite its defeat in the Bihar elections.

Taking a dig on the speculation surrounding the BSP-SP alliance, Shahnawaz said, "Even if both these parties merge, still BJP will win UP Assembly elections."

"Mulayam and Mayawati cannot defeat BJP", he claimed.
