 Air Vice Marshal reviews projects in Gorakhpur Air Force base

Gorakhpur: Air Vice Marshal Anil Tiwari Senior Officer-in-charge Administration, Headquarters Central Air Command visited Air Force Station, Gorakhpur, on Tuesday.
On arrival, he was received by Group Captain Manish Sahdev, Station Commander, AF Station Gorakhpur and other senior officers of the Station. Station Commander gave a presentation to the visiting dignitary on the role and functioning of the Station and the lodger Units as well as various operational infrastructure works projects.
During the course of the visit Air Vice Marshal Tiwari was taken to different works sites where the infrastructure projects are underway. Air Marshal Tiwari reviewed the progress of the projects and advised that project management teams and all stakeholders of the project must involve themselves to ensure the quality of construction as well as the time limit for completion of the work.
In addition, he also visited the Helicopter Unit, Air Force Hospital and a Signal Unit in the Station and expressed satisfaction on the functioning of the Station and lauded the efforts of the air warriors.
