Pot-holed roads to be fixed before PM Modi's visit to Varanasi

Prime minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Varanasi on September 18 traveling by road. Hence, the administration is all worked up to fix the pot-holed roads in the city.

The details of PM Modi's proposed visit to the city on September 18 has been received, said Raj Mani Yadav, Varanasi District Magistrate. According to the schedule, prime minister will reach Varanasi at 10:50 AM, and return to Delhi at 7:40 PM. During the return, he will travel by road from the city to Babatpur airport.

The worsening condition of the roads have not changed even after Narendra Modi was chosen as an MP from Varanasi constituency. Restoration of the roads are carried on with much vigor for the PM.

PM Modi will be in the temple town to attend various programmes. He will be inaugurating the much awaited trauma centre and Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS) and also lay foundation stone for a ring road project.
