Mulayam Singh attacks Modi; calls 'Swachch Bharat' campaign a drama

Attacking prime minister Narendra Modi, Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh Yadav called the 'Swachch Bharat' campaign a drama stating that prime minister is merely doing 'drama' in the name of cleanliness drive launched across the country.

He is cleaning India Gate area of New Delhi which always remains clean. He do not know how to clean villages, where there are no toilet. If he really wants to make 'Swachh Bharat' campaign a success, then he should have cleaned nullah", he said sarcastically while addressing Panch and Sahkarita Sammelan in the ongoing Saifai Mahotsav on Monday.

Yadav also blamed Modi of failing to fulfill pre-election commitments, including the promise to deposit Rs 15 lakh in every citizen's bank account by bringing the black money back in 100 days.

He listed out SP government's achievements in the past two years and what it has planned for future.
