The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) said in Supreme Court that LK Advani, MM Joshi and Uma Bharti with 11 other should be tried in Lucknow court.

The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court had acquitted the leaders of the charges under criminal conspiracy in the Babri demolition case. 

Under criminal conspiracy all 14 persons were acquitted now CBI wants they should be tried in Lucknow court.

*14 persons, including BJP leaders, acquitted of the charges under criminal conspiracy, should be tried in Lucknow Court."
