The operation at Haji colony is underway.

Reports say the suspected terrorist, named Saifullah, fired shots at security forces, triggering a gun battle.

Saifullah, allegedly linked with terror group Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, has locked himself in a room, which has been circled by the commandos.

Teargas shells have been lobbed at the room.

As per reports, the input has been provided by the Madhya Pradesh Police. Notably, an explosion took place in a passenger train in Shajapur district in Madhya Pradesh earlier today. The cause of the explosion is not known. The police have not ruled out the use of explosives in the incident.
