Allahabad: The Deoria body trade case of UP, finally reached to the first hearing in Allahabad high court . The SIT report presented in the Allahabad High Court on Monday. SIT's head Sanjay Singhal filed a reply in court.

 In, CM Yogi's government, formed SIT team under the leadership of ADG Sanjay Singh, submitted its initial investigation report on Sunday.

According to the information, on August 8, Allahabad High Court had taken cognizance of the matter and asked to conduct a self-monitoring of the CBI probe. In the case, the division bench of Chief Justice DB Bhosale and Justice Yashwant Verma had done the inspection and on 13th August the information was sought for the entire matter.

 The court holded its first hearing on deoria case, on the basis of petition filed by social worker Padma Singh and Anuradha.

According to the matter, In Deoria shelter home, On the complaint of a girl, the police recovered 26 girls from here. The government handed over the investigation of the case to CBI and Allahabad High Court himself will monitor the CBI probe
