Dehradun: The increasing level of pollution in our country is one of the major problem, faced by the people and many ways were taken by the government,to curb the pollution. Now a days, many initiatives were taken by the government to ban the use of plastic in many states, to curb the pollution. 

According to the sources, on Friday, Uttrakhand, Minister of State for Women and Child Development, Rekha Arya hold the departmental meeting and released the statement that with the support of CM Trivendra Rawat and his party workers, the plan to ban the plastic will be executed. 

Recently, the Chief Minister Trivendra Rawat took a the initiative to ban plastic in Anganwadi centers. 

Rekha Arya added that work will be given to the Tech Home center, which are available at Anganwadi centers and in place of plastic bags, jute bags will be used for rashan and other daily needs item in and around the area.

Rekjha Arya said that the THR received by the centre and changes will be made in the system accordingly.
