The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has expelled its senior leader Naseemuddin Siddiqui and his son Afzal from party for anti-party activities.     

BSP general secretary Satish Chandra Mishra said while addressing a press conference that party has found Siddqui had benami properties in Badayun and western Uttar Pradesh.

BSP supremo Mayawati had removed Siddiqui as Uttar Pradesh party chief, Siddiqui was also accused of accepting money from people in return of work. Last month,Mishra Said.

While reacting to AAP government's demonstration on EVM in Delhi assembly, Mishra said it was a serious issue and they were the one who had raised the issue of EVM hacking. 

The party had witnessed major defeat in the Uttar Pradesh state assembly polls where party got only 19 seats out of 403.
