The Election Commission on Friday has reserved its order on the ongoing conflict over Samajwadi party cycle symbol.

Akhilesh Yadav camp in the hearing tabled their prospective in which they have said that majority of MP's,MLA's and MLC's are in favour of Chief Minister .On the other hand Mulayam Singh Yadav told Election Commission that there is no division and conflict with in the party,only “administrative dispute” which he can sort out as party chief.

Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav already hinted for alliance with Congress which was earlier denied by his father Mulayam Singh Yadav.

Congress senior leader and lawyer Kapil Sibal was representing Akhilesh faction told to media that,''The arguments went for about five and half hours,the Election Commission has informed us that it will give its verdict in due time''.

Gauri, one of the lawyers representing Mulayam Singh Yadav says, "Mulayam has made it clear in front of Election Commission that there is no divison in the party, Akhilesh camp has not made submission to suggest party is split, Mulayam Singh continues to be the sole claimant of cycle symbol since he is the national president." 

The Samajwadi Party tumbledown and the party divided into two groups. Both Akhilesh Yadav and Mulayam Singh camp now fighting for party symbol and now Election Commission will deiced the fate of cycle symbol.

The battle between uncle Shivpal Yadav and nephew Akhilesh reaches to patriarch's kingdom, king Mulayam shown his full support to his brother and things and leaders scattered in separate camps.

Election Commission is hearing both sides if independent body doesn't find every thing authentic both the leaders will be given separate symbols for the elections and original Samajwadi party symbol will be kept under EC for at least three months.
